Firstly, ship your products to our ForePax® warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Our customer service will assign you a dedicated warehouse address.

PACKAGING & CUSTOMS DECLARATION
Our team will package the goods using pallets, wooden frames, and boxes based on the product characteristics, ensuring safety and minimizing costs.

CUSTOMS AND CLEARANCE
Our team will choose ports from Shenzhen, or Hong Kong, and prepare required customs declaration materials according to customs regulations.

REAL-TIME TRACKING
During transportation, we will track the shipment's trajectory in real time, allowing customers to know the current status easily.

ARRIVAL IN THE U.S.
Option A: Products arrive in the U.S. and clear customs. Then the final delivery is handled by our partners such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Option B: Products are delivered to the U.S. warehouse. Within 24 hours of re-stocking, we are ready for fulfillment on your behalf later.
