As you look over your design, you’ll be able to add any final touches you might like. We’ll take care of the rest, professionally printing and shipping your order. Your paper label printing will arrive ready for use and ready to get noticed.

Eligibility for Refunds

• If there is an issue with the quality of your print order (e.g., defects, poor print quality, or incorrect product), you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds or replacements are only available for orders that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for mistakes made by customers (e.g., incorrect design submissions).

Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at hello@forepax.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the issue with your product.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping may be available for orders over 500.
