Or, use our Smart Assistant, which will quickly pick out your best pics, design layouts and create a photo book you'll love. Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll professionally print, bind and package your creation – and then we’ll send it to your home. Your photo book will arrive looking crisp, polished and ready to become a heartwarming classic.

Eligibility for Refunds

• If there is an issue with the quality of your print order (e.g., defects, poor print quality, or incorrect product), you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds or replacements are only available for orders that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for mistakes made by customers (e.g., incorrect design submissions).

Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at hello@forepax.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the issue with your product.
