3D design experience
Ready to create your custom shipping boxes? Start by uploading your logo or image to our 3D design studio, add custom details like backgrounds, patterns and templates to put together an eye-catching design. Once you're done, remember to remove the die-lines from your uploaded image, to avoid them being printed alongside your design. We’ll take care of the rest, professionally printing and shipping your order. Your corrugated shipping boxes will arrive looking great and ready to use.

Eligibility for Refunds

• If there is an issue with the quality of your print order (e.g., defects, poor print quality, or incorrect product), you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds or replacements are only available for orders that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for mistakes made by customers (e.g., incorrect design submissions).

Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at hello@forepax.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the issue with your product.
